Life is not easy, and it is not supposed to be. We are not meant to walk around in a state of elevated bliss all day. We are charged with doing the work necessary to create the life we want, to struggle with it at times, to find it easy at times, and to enjoy the feelings of happiness and accomplishment that come from the results of our work. We all need a little help along the way. Someone to encourage us, ask us the right questions at the right times and help us to hold ourselves accountable.

At Aurora Coaching, my work is to guide individuals, and organizations into productive participation. Each of us, as individuals, has a powerful agency upon the many larger systems with which we interact. Some of these include: Friendships, family, businesses,  clubs and organizations, and greater communities, as the larger systems we fit ourselves into everyday. The focus of my work is to help people get the most positive outcomes, the most productive results, from their daily and long-term interactions. A key starting place, is the acknowledgement that all of these systems have a powerful agency or impact upon each individual as well. Using the action-oriented approach of a coach I bring my ears, my eyes, my expertise, and my creativity,  to guide my clients into the creation of healthy systems, or the improvement of existing systems.
