This is the definition of "system" I use, and for this reason there is a central focus in my range of services even though they seem to span across commonly disparate areas. My mission, across all offerings, is to bring the interdependent group of items in any system into a productive and beneficial harmony. Those items can be individuals acting in a group or organization, groups acting within a larger organization, information technology systems, or simply the many interdependent aspects of an individual person.

Personal Services:

¨       Life Coaching: Each of us is a complex system, a unity of ideas, beliefs, behaviors, tendencies, dreams and desires, just to name a few of the interdependent aspects that make-up the story of us. Who wrote the story of you? As we get older, this question becomes more and more central. Our coaching methodology is designed around a careful and attentive inquiry; we want first to hear your story.

¨       Professional/Career Coaching: Though very similar to Life Coaching, this work is very specific and focused on the work life of our client. I will help determine what skills, abilities and inclinations exist through our inquiry process, and then develop a plan to achieve the goals set by our client.

¨       System & Vendor Selection: I have expertise and years of experience in the area of information technology systems and the vendor community both local and national. I will guide your organization through the IT maze.
